TJ McGoldrick has extensive work experience in the consulting and staffing industry. TJ served as the Vice President of Recruiting & Operations at The Baer Group from 2022 onwards, where they worked on enterprise performance partnerships and provided consulting opportunities for clients. Prior to this, they were the Director of Recruiting at 3PRO, a Method360 Group company, from 2022 to 2022. TJ also held the position of Vice President of Delivery at The Baer Group from 2018 to 2022. In addition, TJ has worked as a Strategic Relationship Director at Kforce Inc from 2017 to 2018, a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Baer Group from 2014 to 2017, and a Senior Consultant Advisor at Run Consultants from 2013 to 2014. Furthermore, they held the role of Resource Manager at OmniPoint from 2010 to 2013 and was the General Manager of Recruiting & Operations at Partner Professional Staffing from 2008 to 2010.
