Lowell Burrows has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Lowell began their career in 1996 at the Shield of Faith Evangelistic Church, where they served as an Ordained Elder. In 2002, they joined The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Ltd. and held various roles within the company. Lowell started as an Internal Auditor and worked in that position until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Lowell served as a Senior Associate Regulatory Finance. Later, they transitioned to the role of Power Manager - Planning & Engineering, where they have been working since March 2015.

Lowell Burrows completed their education history in the following chronological order:

- From 1994 to 1998, they attended the College of the Bahamas, where they earned an Associates of Arts degree in Pre-Engineering.

- Starting from 1999 and until 2002, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering at Dalhousie University.

- Between 2005 and 2007, Burrows attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and obtained a Master's degree in Project Management.

- Lastly, from 2012 to 2013, they attended New Covenant University, where they earned a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry.
