Tawana Merriewether

Tawana Merriewether is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and client advocacy, currently serving as the National Operations Manager at The Bail Project since March 2021. Tawana has developed and implemented training programs for team members, improved bail refund processes, and actively engaged with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles at The Bail Project included Midwest Operations Manager, Client Advocate, and Client Support Specialist, all of which focused on supporting individuals in the bail process and expanding resources through community partnerships.
