Anja White

Anja White, CPCC, MBA, currently serves as an Executive Coach and Consultant at The Bailey Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Anja White was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cretex Companies, Inc. from July 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading corporate-wide People & Culture strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting inclusion and diversity initiatives. Anja White's extensive experience includes leadership positions such as General Manager in medical device manufacturing at Spartronics and Biodaptive LLC, and progression through roles at Heraeus, culminating in a global leadership position. Anja White also demonstrated commitment to professional development and community building through initiatives with MN Women Leading Manufacturing. Anja White holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in International Business and MIS from Augsburg University.
