Leigh Bailey

Leigh Bailey is the Founder, CEO, and Co-Principal of The Bailey Group, where Leigh specializes in Executive Coaching, Team Development, Talent Management Consulting, and Employee Engagement Consulting. Leigh also serves as the Board Secretary and member of the Executive and Governance Committees at CaringBridge, a nonprofit caring social network. Prior to their current roles, Leigh worked as a Private Banker and Consumer Banking Manager at Norwest Corporation. Leigh holds a MA in Human Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
