Tim Bot, PCC, MA, is the President and Principal of Bot Coaching and Consulting, providing coaching, consulting, and facilitation services since 2013. Tim specializes in instilling confidence and peace of mind in clients across various industries, focusing on practical and sustainable goals. Additionally, Tim serves as an Executive Coach and Consultant at The Bailey Group and as an Executive Consultant at Navigate Forward, Inc., where Tim leads the FAST START Executive On-Boarding practice. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Proto Labs and Human Resources Director at Boston Scientific, with extensive HR leadership experience at General Mills. Tim holds an MA in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BS in Management and Social Science from Saint John's University.
