Barb Carrera

Barb Carrera is a seasoned property operations professional with extensive experience in property management across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Property Operations at The Bainbridge Companies since January 2021, Barb has also held positions as Director of Property Transitions and Initiatives and Property Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Property Manager at David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd and JMG Realty, Inc., as well as a period at UDR where responsibilities included financial analysis, leasing duties, and market surveys. Barb began their career in marketing and service roles, including a Marketing Associate position at Continental Realty Corporation and a Service Writer position at Nationwide Nissan/Kia. Barb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Towson University, earned in 2009.
