Andrew Okolski

Andrew Okolski has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the financial sector. Andrew is currently an Associate Partner and Director of Credit Union & Municipality Strategies at The Baker Group LP since 2018. Before that, they served as the Director of Credit Union and Municipality Strategies at the same company from June 2018 to January 2023. Prior to joining The Baker Group, Andrew worked at First Empire Securities, Inc, where they held the position of Managing Director - Financial Strategies Group from January 2013 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of 6 senior strategists, developing and implementing strategic plans, and improving department efficiency. Andrew also held the position of Senior Financial Strategist at First Empire Securities, where they worked with institutional clients and internal employees to set and achieve strategic goals, perform Asset Liability Management analysis, and handle client situations pertaining to investment, loan, and funding strategies. Andrew also has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at First Empire Securities from February 2004 to February 2006.

Andrew Okolski attended Stony Brook University from 2000 to 2002, majoring in Finance but did not obtain a degree. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance at LIU Post, completing their degree in 2004.
