Brian Zidar

Brian Zidar currently serves as the Managing Director of Guided Solutions at The Baldwin Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Brian was the Executive Vice President of Consumer Direct at Cardinal Financial Company from May 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included driving growth, managing operations across five sites, overseeing P&L, and leading marketing and talent acquisition initiatives. Previous experience includes positions as Vice President of Production at Bank of America and Production Manager at Equifirst Corporation, with earlier roles including Regional Sales Manager at First Union and Senior Account Executive. Brian Zidar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University.
