Jeffrey Louden

Jeffrey Louden is a seasoned digital product and customer experience professional currently serving as Digital Product Manager at The Baldwin Group since September 2024. Previously held the position of Product Manager at the National Insurance Producer Registry, where Jeffrey spearheaded customer-centric initiatives and mentored peers. At Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., significant achievements included developing a best-in-class customer experience strategy that enhanced brand loyalty and customer engagement.
