Michael Bjorkquist

Michael Bjorkquist, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Sales for Employee Benefits at The Baldwin Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Regional Vice President at Aura from 2022 to 2025 and was AVP, Employee Benefits Producer and Consultant at McGriff from 2018 to 2022. Michael's experience also includes roles as Voluntary Solutions Director for the Southeast Region at Cigna and as a Voluntary Employee Benefits Consultant at Assurant Employee Benefits. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as an Employee Benefits Producer and Consultant at Brown and Brown Insurance from 2011 to 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of South Florida.
