Patrick Kerby

Patrick Kerby, LPC, is an experienced professional in risk mitigation, currently serving as the National Director of Risk Mitigation Services at The Baldwin Group since 2012. In this role, Patrick leads the delivery of Commercial Data Analytics, Risk Control, and Claims Advocacy solutions nationwide, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to develop impactful strategies. Prior to this, Patrick held senior director positions within The Baldwin Group and Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, focusing on delivering value-added insights and services to clients. Patrick's extensive background includes roles as Risk Manager and Finance Manager at UBC, and over a decade at Advance Auto Parts, where responsibilities encompassed asset protection and loss prevention. Patrick's career began with positions at Sears Holdings Corporation and Western Auto Supply Co., complemented by a Master's degree in Marketing from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. Additionally, Patrick is involved as a contributor and volunteer with the United Way of Tampa Bay, supporting various community initiatives.
