Bronce L. Stephenson, AICP, MPA, is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Lead Planner at The Balmoral Group, LLC since April 2022. Prior to this role, Bronce was the Director of Planning & Transportation for the City of Winter Park from October 2018 to June 2022 and held the position of Director of Community Development for the City of Owasso from May 2011 to October 2018, overseeing a department of eight full-time employees. Bronce's earlier experience includes serving as a Planner for the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, where responsibilities included managing current planning activities and writing staff reports for land use applications, as well as working as an Assistant Planner for the City of Del Mar, focusing on various land use permits. Bronce holds a Master of Public Administration in Political Science and Government from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from San Diego State University.
