Byron D. Sprague Jr, PE, is an experienced Highway Design Engineer currently serving as Deputy Project Manager, Engineer of Record, and Lead Project Engineer at The Balmoral Group since April 2012. With a strong background in geometric design, traffic control, and utility coordination, Byron also held the role of Construction Manager at MCM Corp for the Dallas Love Field Airport Apron Improvement Project and gained extensive experience in roadway design at EC Driver & Associates, Inc. Previous roles included overseeing construction projects at Peter Kiewit & Sons and working as a Civil Engineer/Designer at Maffet Stamps, alongside military service in the Army National Guard. Byron earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
