Robin Dahlka

Robin Dahlka is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the AVP of Human Resources at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company since November 2020. Prior to this role, Robin held the position of Director of Human Resources at Fidelity & Guaranty Life from May 2009 to November 2020, with the company previously known as Old Mutual Financial Network. Robin's earlier career includes serving as HR Manager at Vision Technology Services from April 2005 to February 2009 and as Payroll Manager at Fieldstone Mortgage Company between 1998 and 2002. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Baltimore, earned between 2003 and 2005.
