Sean O'Connor Msm

Sean O'Connor, MSM started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Golf Professional at Merion Golf Club. Sean then moved to Augusta National Golf Club in 2004, where they continued to work as an Assistant Golf Professional until 2007. In the same year, Sean joined The Baltimore Life Insurance Company as an Agent and later became a Sales Manager in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an Agency Manager, focusing on recruiting, training, and retention efforts. Sean then took on the role of Director of Agencies, Career Agency Sales Group, where they oversaw ten agencies and facilitated the long-term success of the career agency system. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Distribution at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company, a role they have been in since February 2023.

Sean O'Connor, MSM, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Penn State University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. In 2020, they enrolled at The American College of Financial Services, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration and Management, General. Sean completed this program in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Sean O'Connor holds several certifications. Sean obtained a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a specialization in Leadership from The American College of Financial Services in May 2022. Sean also possesses a Bench Strength Certification from The Baltimore Life Insurance Company and a Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation from The American College of Financial Services. Furthermore, Sean has completed the Executive Connections Certification from Leadership York, the LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) program from LIMRA, and the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) qualification from NAIFA.
