Angela Roberts

Angela Roberts is an accomplished health reporter with significant experience in public health journalism, currently working at The Baltimore Sun since September 2020, where deep coverage includes topics such as childhood sexual abuse and the impacts of the pandemic on eating disorders. Prior to this, Angela served as a health reporter for The Frederick News-Post, delivering nearly 300 impactful stories in nine months on issues like racial disparities in maternal health. Angela has held various editorial and reporting positions throughout a career spanning several reputable publications, including The Diamondback and Capital News Service, earning recognition for investigative work on significant social issues.
