Denisa Protani

Denisa Protani possesses extensive experience in customer loyalty and membership development across various sectors. Since August 2005, Denisa has served as the Sun Insiders Manager at The Baltimore Sun, focusing on loyalty programs for digital and home delivery subscribers. Prior to this role, Denisa held the position of Vice President at the Maryland Hotel and Lodging Association/Maryland Tourism Council from July 1997 to July 2005, where responsibilities included membership development, lobbying, and benefit creation. Earlier experience includes managing the loyalty program as the Corinthian Club Manager for Loews Hotels from March 1992 to March 1998.
