Becky Engholm

Becky Engholm is an experienced asset and property manager with a diverse background in real estate management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at The BAM Companies since August 2025, Engholm has held significant roles including Regional Property Manager at both Barrett & Stokely and Birge & Held, and Property Manager at PRG Real Estate. With expertise spanning various aspects of property management—from customer service and budgeting to lease negotiations—Engholm has consistently improved operational efficiencies across multiple properties. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Supervision and Art & Design from Purdue University, as well as noteworthy certifications such as the Florida License CAM and CAM from the National Apartment Association.
