Ivan Barratt

Ivan Barratt is the Founder and CEO of The BAM Companies, a role held since July 2010, specializing in the investment, (re)development, and management of multifamily income-generating assets. In addition to this position, Ivan serves as General Managing Partner for Carmel Woods Apartments, overseeing a 314-unit community in Carmel, IN, and as Managing General Partner for multiple apartment communities, including Nantucket Cove Apartments, Gateway Crossing Apartments, Fountain Parc Apartments, Mad River Apartments, Abbey Court Apartments, Oakdale Square Apartments, Walnut Manor Apartments in Muncie, and Lexington Green/Villa Capri Apartments in Indianapolis/Speedway. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, completed between 1998 and 2001.
