Donnie Stelling

Donnie Stelling has a diverse and extensive work experience. Donnie began their career in 2004 at The Bama Companies, Inc, where they held various positions including Operations, Facility Quality System Coordinator, Production Line Manager, Process Improvement Manager (Six Sigma Black Belt), Manager of McDonald's Business Execution, Plant Manager of Bama Europa, Director of US Supply Chain, Director of Sales Business Execution, and currently serves as the Director of Operations since January 2022. In 2021, Donnie Stelling also took on the role of President at Fiber-Foam.

Donnie Stelling attended Southern Nazarene University from 2015 to 2019, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Tulsa Community College from 2004 to 2006, and the University of Oklahoma from 2003 to 2004. In addition to their education, Donnie obtained various certifications including Integrated Enterprise Excellence Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, TPM/TPR Coordinator, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, and Achieving Total Process Reliability Through TPM.
