Carson Ho

Carson Ho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Director of BSA/AML/OFAC Surveillance Systems at The Bancorp since April 2019. Prior to this role, Carson held positions as a Senior Strategy Architect for AML at Bank of America and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in regulatory compliance. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Product Manager for Wealth Management Technology at Bank of New York and as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, focused on CRM and project management. Carson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in IT/MIS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1996 and 2002.
