Michael Ketchmark currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate Bridge Lending at The Bancorp, a position held since August 2018, where responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management for the commercial real estate bridge lending platform. Prior experience includes roles at JLL from June 2017 to August 2018, serving as Associate and Analyst in Real Estate Bridge Lending and Real Estate Capital Markets, respectively, and working as a Valuation Analyst. Michael Ketchmark also held an internship as an Administrative Assistant for Healing Hands Ministries Inc. in summer 2015 and was Captain of the Varsity Baseball Team during the 2016-2017 season at NCAA. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Dartmouth College, attained from 2014 to 2017, and graduation from Lake Highlands High School in 2013.
