Thomas Shipmon

Thomas "Tee" Shipmon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and specialty lending sectors. Currently serving as Director of Wholesale Markets at The Bancorp since August 2019, Shipmon previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Paragon Bank & Paragon Financial Solutions from February 2016 to August 2019. Additionally, Shipmon was President at WingFinance from January 2004 to February 2016 and worked at Bank of America from October 1997 to June 2003 as a Sales Manager in the Consumer Real Estate department, overseeing a team of nine associates. Earlier roles at Bank of America include Client Manager II in Premier Banking and Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Division. Shipmon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, graduating in 1993.
