Steven B. Young

Steven B. Young has a strong background in marketing and communications. Steven B. started their career as a Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator at National Arbitration Forum, where they managed brand development initiatives and B2B marketing campaigns. Steven B. then moved on to Citizens Bank, where they held two roles: Marketing Manager II for the Top Customer Program and Marketing & Communications Manager for Education Finance. In these positions, they managed various marketing programs and campaigns targeting high-revenue customers and student markets. Steven later joined Brookline Bank as a Marketing Manager, where they developed and managed marketing and communications programs, with a focus on online marketing. Most recently, they worked at Bank of Canton as the Vice President and Marketing Director. There, they oversaw marketing and PR functions for the bank and led the strategic development of multi-channel campaigns. Additionally, from 1997 to 2005, Steven worked as a freelance writer, performer, and acting coach, gaining experience in theater and youth outreach programs.

Steven B. Young earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater from Bates College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
