With a strong military background, having served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army for 20 years, Gregory brings a wealth of knowledge in international affairs and engineering, supported by a Master of Arts from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
