Dustin Neal

Dustin Neal is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design and marketing. Currently serving as Partner and Principal Creative at The BARK Firm since January 2014, Dustin provides strategic creative direction for marketing campaigns, oversees contract designers, and curates visual branding. Prior to this role, Dustin was the Creator and Creative Director for 307 Magazine, focusing on brand development and publication art direction from July 2010 to December 2015. Experience also includes positions as Art Director and Associate Art Director at Adbay.Com, where Dustin managed design concepts to meet strategic marketing objectives. Earlier roles at Lee Enterprises involved overseeing online ad design, marketing coordination, and special sections design. Dustin holds a degree from the University of Wyoming, completed between 2000 and 2003.
