Russ Cline

Russ Cline is an experienced leader and strategist with a focus on positioning leaders and organizations for significant global impact. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Co-Managing Partner of The Barnabas Group in Orange County since January 2021, Russ also founded and manages Leader Mundial Global Summit Community, which aims to enhance the influence of leaders and organizations. As Co-Founder and Director of Leader Mundial Communities at Extreme Response International, Russ has played a crucial role in fostering global initiatives. Additionally, Russ co-founded and served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Board at Extreme Response, an organization dedicated to humanitarian relief efforts worldwide. Earlier in their career, Russ founded and directed Youth World International in Ecuador, supporting youth and leadership development. Russ holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Religious Studies, both from Azusa Pacific University.
