Kim Jakominich currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Brand Engagement at the Barnes Foundation, leading the development and implementation of integrated advertising and marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Director of Marketing at the Museum of the American Revolution, where strategic branding initiatives were established to attract diverse audiences. Kim’s experience includes a significant tenure at the Minneapolis Institute of Art as Senior Manager of Marketing & Audience Insights, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing public perceptions and increasing engagement with collections and programs. Additionally, Kim has produced documentary content and has previous marketing experience with Minnesota Public Radio and Milkweed Editions. Kim holds an MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications from St. Catherine University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Hamline University.
