Stacie Riffert

Stacie Riffert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, sales, and coaching across multiple industries. Since July 2017, Stacie has served as the President and Owner of Empowered Leadership LLC, focusing on helping clients identify goals and develop actionable plans. In addition, Stacie works as a Clarity Coach for The Barrett Group, aiding executive clients in achieving career alignment and personal fulfillment. Serving as Partner and Director of Sales & Marketing at Verde Compliance Partners, Stacie guides clients through complex federal cannabis regulations. Stacie's background includes roles such as Certified Practice Advisor at Law Firm Success Group and Leadership Coach for Ivy Strategy Advisor, as well as teaching leadership and career management at Hiram College. Prior to these roles, Stacie had a successful 19-year tenure at PepsiCo in various sales management positions, demonstrating strategic growth and account management expertise. Stacie holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in International Relations from Bucknell University.
