Nick Berry

Nick Berry is a Barrister with extensive experience in corporate law, currently practicing at Clerksroom since November 2020, focusing on companies and partnership law. Responsibilities include drafting shareholder agreements and articles for long-term enterprises and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), as well as providing advice on company restructuring and directors' powers under relevant legislation. Additionally, Nick Berry has been affiliated with Rougemont Chambers since 2003 and received legal training as a pupil at 1 Grays Inn Square, specializing in Common Law and Crime from 1988 to 2012.
