Emily Jensen

Emily Jensen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and paralegal work. Currently serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. since May 2024, Emily also holds a paralegal position at The Barry Law Firm since March 2023, focusing on drafting motions for attorney’s fees and costs. Previously, at Carpenter & Zuckerman, Emily worked as a Litigation Supervisor/Paralegal, managing a team that included three associate attorneys and a partner, while overseeing over one hundred cases. Emily's career also includes roles as a Trial Paralegal and Litigation Paralegal at The Barry Law Firm and as a Litigation Legal Secretary at Knight Law Group, LLP. Emily holds a Paralegal Training Program certification from UCLA Extension and has obtained Bachelor's degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice from both the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
