The Barry Robinson Center
Jen Padavana is currently the Director at The Barry Robinson Center. Before this, Jen held various roles at GEICO from June 2017 to January 2023, including Training & Transition Management, Claims Supervisor, and Management Development Program. Prior to GEICO, Jen worked as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula from January 2016 to September 2016. Jen also served as the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Grounds Department at Christopher Newport University from 2013 to 2015. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
