Jonna Zaczek is a skilled pastry professional with a career spanning various establishments in the culinary industry. With experience at Rocket Baby Bakery, Merriment Social, The Bartolotta Restaurants, and currently at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro, Jonna has held titles ranging from Pastry Sous Chef to Executive Pastry Chef. Jonna received their education from Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2011 to 2013.
