Emily Farrow

Emily Farrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and consulting, currently serving as the Head of Value Creation Execution & Delivery and Head of Tech, Media and Telecoms at The Barton Partnership. Since April 2023, Emily has been instrumental in providing independent consulting services to FTSE-listed and Fortune 500 companies across various sectors. Prior to this role, Emily spent seven years at Allen Lane, specializing in the recruitment of Finance and IT Transformation professionals for the public and not-for-profit sectors. Emily's diverse background also includes roles as an Account Manager at Delivery Hero and a Social Commerce Consultant at eKomi, along with early experiences in hospitality and language studies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from the University of Kent.
