Hartaz Kaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Principal Consultant in Commerce and Industry for the Asia-Pacific region at The Barton Partnership since August 2020, Hartaz has previously held senior consulting roles at Cogs Agency and founded Urban Slings, a retail venture that achieved profitability within six months and earned recognition as the best local online store in the SG Reader’s Choice Awards 2015. Hartaz's earlier career includes a Business Development Manager role at Caerus Holding Pte Ltd and a foundational experience as a Flight Attendant with Singapore Airlines, showcasing strong customer service and teamwork skills.
