Susie Ticknell-Smith

Susie Ticknell-Smith has extensive experience in contracts and compliance management, holding various titles in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at The Barton Partnership since February 2020, Susie previously held the same title at Oliver Bernard from June 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, Susie worked at Harvey Nash Group from March 2012 to June 2019 in roles such as Contracts & Compliance Manager and Contracts & Compliance Officer. Their responsibilities included monitoring compliance with company policies, implementing adjustments where necessary, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Susie is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Award in Service Operations Management at the University of Warwick.
