Kaylee Showers

Kaylee Showers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at The Basement since June 2023, Kaylee has previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Element Three from May 2017 to June 2023. Kaylee's background also includes roles as Communications Project Manager at the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, Account Manager at Hirons & Company, and Account Representative at Peritus. Additionally, Kaylee demonstrated leadership skills as Field Director for both Mark Massa for Marion County Prosecutor and Mitch Daniels for Governor. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs with a focus on Civic Leadership from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned in 2009.
