Diane Reynolds has a diverse work experience in the field of education and creative arts. Diane started their career as a Trainee Teacher at Barking & Dagenham College in 2014. From there, they worked as a Supply Teacher at Prospero Teaching for a brief period in 2015. Diane then joined Barking & Dagenham College again as an Art Lecturer and later as a Course Leader Level 1 Creative Pathways from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Diane joined The Basildon Academies as an Art Teacher and eventually progressed to the role of Creative Arts Leader Ks3. Since September 2020, they have been serving as the Head of Creative Arts at The Basildon Academies.
Diane Reynolds earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Essex, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued further education at Havering College of Further & Higher Education from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a PGCE post 16 in Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas.
