Calvin S. is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations for The Bastion Collection since January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Food and Beverage at both Bluejack National and La Colombe d’Or Hotel, as well as various management positions at Dusit Hotels and Resorts, where Calvin S. held titles such as Property Director of Restaurants and Food and Beverage Manager. Notably, significant experience was gained at Alain Ducasse Entreprise, where Calvin S. honed advanced skills in a Michelin Star environment. Additional consultancy work in food and beverage project management included collaborations with renowned chefs and securing strategic partnerships. Calvin S. holds a Marketing degree from CUNY Brooklyn and a background in Cartooning from the High School of Art & Design.
