Andy McElaney

Andy McElaney is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management. Currently, Andy serves as Managing Director at The Baupost Group since April 2019. Previously, Andy was a Partner at Highfields Capital from September 2008 to March 2019, where responsibilities included portfolio management and investment analysis. Andy's career also includes positions as an Associate at Great Hill Partners and an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Andy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Dartmouth College, complemented by a strong foundational education from Roxbury Latin.
