Benjamin Cain Jr

Benjamin Cain Jr is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and desktop engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Deskside Support Engineer at The Baupost Group since March 2016, Benjamin has a strong background in IT service delivery. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked as a Desktop Engineer at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates from September 2010 to March 2016, and held the position of Technical Consultant III at MFS Investment Management from March 1998 to September 2010. Throughout the career, Benjamin has provided expert guidance to IT Tech Support teams and supported the upgrade of Market Data applications for equity and fixed income sectors. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin Pierce University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
