Rosemary McCormack

Rosemary McCormack has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on investment management. Rosemary started their career at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP as an attorney from September 2001 to January 2005. Rosemary then joined Goodwin Procter LLP as an attorney from January 2005 to May 2006. After that, they served as Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at Old Mutual Asset Management from May 2006 to April 2010. Rosemary then worked as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Raptor Capital Management from May 2010 to March 2012. Since April 2012, they have been a Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at The Baupost Group.
