Annelise loves being a part of the Bay community. Her daughter, Addicen, was a member of the Class of 2020, and her twin sons, Bayley and Cayden, are members of the Class of 2022. Before joining the Bay board of trustees, Annelise served as the Bay Family Association (BFA) President for two years, Vice President for a year, and co-chair of the BFA's Community Service Committee. She is the co-founder, Executive Director, and Board President of Children for Change, a nonprofit organization that empowers students with the knowledge, empathy, and courage to create positive change in their world. She also facilitates the Learning Community for The Redford Center's Stories Project. Annelise worked for more than 18 years as counsel at The Myers-Briggs Company. She has served since 2010 as an elected member of the Ross Valley School District board of trustees and serves on the Leadership Council of Rise Up. Annelise received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and teacher preparation at Princeton University and her law degree from Boston University.
