Tyler White

Tyler White is an experienced educational professional and lacrosse coach, currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Boarding Admission and Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Baylor School since June 2023. Previously, Tyler held multiple roles at Kent School, including Director of Student Activities, Associate Dean, and Head Boys Lacrosse Coach from July 2021 to June 2023. Tyler also worked at Baylor School from August 2019 to July 2021 as the Director of the Cartter Scholars Program and Associate Director of Boarding Admission. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Dickinson College and roles in recruitment and housing analysis at Mason Frank International and The Prestige Group, Inc. Tyler is pursuing a Master's degree in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, following a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Dickinson College.
