Natasha Medlen

Natasha Medlen currently serves as an Advisor at The Be Company since May 2023. Prior to this role, Natasha held multiple positions at Lake Parime from October 2020 to February 2023, including Director and Head of Enterprise Solutions, where leadership of an international team facilitated the development of sales and investment pipelines. In the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives, Natasha collaborated with the Executive Office on crucial projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and overseeing the Creative & Marketing team. Natasha began as an Associate in Corporate Relations, achieving promotion to Director in December 2021 by effectively managing key stakeholders to drive company growth. Natasha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Cambridge between 2017 and 2020.
