This includes overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to ensure resource optimization. The Fractional CFO provides strategic financial leadership, the Controller supervises accounting operations and ensures regulatory compliance, and the Accountant handles daily financial transactions and reporting. Together, they support the company’s mission by ensuring funds are effectively utilized to drive social justice and sustainability through impactful design initiatives.
