Lauren Headley-Tribuce

Lauren Headley-Tribuce has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of Health Claims at The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd. since February 2014. Prior to this role, Lauren worked as a Group Insurance Analyst at Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited from January 2008 to January 2014, specializing as a Subject Matter Expert for Life & Health products. Earlier in the career, Lauren held the position of Senior Customer Service Representative and ADmed Administrator at Maritime Life from 1992 to 1998. Academically, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours from UWI School of Applied Arts t/as ROYTEC and the University of New Brunswick, focusing on Human Resource Management with minors in Marketing and International Business, and completed education at Holy Name Convent from 1980 to 1986.
