James Bianco

James Bianco has extensive experience in application development and project management, currently serving as Application Development Manager and IS Project Lead at The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company since November 2003. In these roles, James is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and communicating the status of multi-phase programs and high complexity projects, leading teams to design, develop, and deliver effective business applications. Additionally, James has contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty member in Information Technology at New England Institute of Technology from January 2009 to March 2020, focusing on programming instruction. Academically, James holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from New England Institute of Technology.
