Lavinia Fanti

Lavinia Fanti is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in performance and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Performance Marketing at The Beauty Crop since August 2023, Lavinia previously held various roles at Bondi Sands, including Digital Marketing Manager for UK & EMEA, Paid Media Manager for UK & EU, and Paid Media Specialist from October 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Lavinia worked at MediaCom as a Paid Social Planner Buyer from February 2019 to September 2020 and at All Response Media as a Digital Media Executive from October 2017 to October 2018. Lavinia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Leeds, completed in 2017.
